Myosin is the ultimate marketing network operating as a product studio and agency, leveraging the collective wisdom of their member base to inform the tools, processes, and playbooks that drive user acquisition into Web3. Myosin’s highly vetted top-tier marketers, designers, builders, and strategists are committed to building the most innovative marketing tools for the future.
Structured as a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), Myosin redefines the traditional agency model. Instead of a conventional 9-to-5 setup, members engage in flexible, task-based work, contributing according to their expertise and availability. This approach not only empowers members to work on projects that align with their interests but also ensures they are compensated based on their actual contributions. By doing so, Myosin helps Web3 companies scale effectively and assists enterprise brands in entering the Web3 arena thoughtfully and strategically.
To facilitate this dynamic ecosystem, Myosin introduced "Myosin Passports" in collaboration with Kazm. These passports serve as a sophisticated reputation system, tracking individual achievements and contributions within the DAO. "Passports are a way of validating members’ reputation, tracking their participation in our ecosystem through $MYO holdings…, We worked with Kazm to seamlessly integrate the two," Myosin shares. Members who contribute more can build a verifiable track record, earning them increased opportunities, greater influence, and recognition. This system incentivizes active participation and fosters a meritocratic environment where contributions directly impact a member's standing within the organization.
Myosin aimed to create a membership program that could effectively track community engagement and reward members for contributions across a variety of disparate platforms. "For Myosin, as a tight community, we were focused on finding a solution where we could track community engagement and reward our members for participating in our ecosystem, whether it was completing bounties, engaging on our social content, or being active in the community," says Myosin team.
However, before partnering with Kazm, Myosin faced challenges due to fragmented systems, numerous tools, and scattered user data, which complicated the member experience and hindered engagement. They needed a solution that could unify member engagement across every touchpoint. Other solutions lacked the flexibility and integrations needed to address these challenges. “There aren’t that many great solutions that have the modular elements that Kazm has. We ended up picking Kazm in the end because we were impressed with its highly flexible nature and the ability to integrate and leverage endless amounts of webhooks and Zapier integrations when needed”, the team explains.
Myosin introduced a process where members can earn points on Kazm for their contributions, which convert to $MYO tokens on Base. Membership tiers automatically uplevel as a member accumulates $MYO, granting members access to more recognition, more opportunities to work on top projects, more influence, and gated rewards.
Myosin needed to incentivize and reward a variety of activities across platforms:
Kazm provided all the flexibility, integrations, and consolidated user engagement that Myosin needed. "Ben and the team were super hands-on and made the process of setting up our Kazm account quite easy. We walked through our overall strategy and goals, and they helped us solve and set up just what we needed, and even went the extra mile of building some extra features when we needed it," says Blake Minho Kim, founder of Myosin.
Through Kazm, Myosin successfully unified their member experience, integrating various tools and systems. Kazm also allowed Myosin to gate member access with $MYO token holdings on Base, directly linking tiers to quests, badges, and rewards to enhance their community engagement.
With Kazm, Myosin team crafted an exclusive member journey featuring:
This structured approach to member progression and recognition not only fosters greater participation within the Myosin community but also offers members tangible benefits similar to career advancement in traditional companies. By aligning rewards and recognition with contributions, members are motivated to engage more deeply, leading to increased opportunities for projects, higher compensation, and a stronger voice in organizational decisions.
Using Kazm’s platform has significantly enhanced Myosin's member experience. "Having a single platform to consolidate member engagement data has been super helpful, and has given members a simple place to see and engage with Myosin more broadly. We’ve gotten pretty positive feedback so far!" says the team.
Myosin observed a major increase in engagement from their community, with members actively claiming badges and setting up profiles. Moving forward, the team plans to reward members with points that can be exchanged for monthly $MYO airdrops, further incentivizing engagement and participation. "Being able to track engagement on socials and rewarding with points that translate into monthly $MYO airdrops is a feature we’re going to launch soon!" notes Blake.
Myosin continues to leverage Kazm to improve their member experience and expand their platform capabilities. By further integrating Kazm, they aim to continue to improve the experience for members and clients, rewarding participation and fostering a strong community. "We’re excited to keep developing and integrating Kazm!” says the team.
