Auki Labs & Kazm:

Decentralized Networks, Unified Communities

Kazm

Auki Labs is pioneering the development of the Posemesh - a decentralized machine perception network and collaborative spatial computing protocol. Designed to allow digital devices to securely and privately exchange spatial data and computing power, Auki enables a shared understanding of the physical world. The foundational philosophy behind Auki is to allow devices to come together and form ad hoc distributed spatial computers, where data and compute resources can be moved within the cluster to optimally solve for each participant’s economic interests.

Challenges: Avoiding Farmers, Rewarding Real Users

Auki aimed to foster a vibrant and engaged community in anticipation of their token generation event (TGE). They sought to incentivize participation and reward users who actively contributed to the ecosystem. "Our main goal was to encourage and reward community engagement leading up to our token launch," the team says.

Before partnering with Kazm, Auki faced challenges in creating an effective loyalty program. Their previous platform was overwhelmed by bots and lacked the flexibility needed for custom integrations. They wanted to incentivize and reward users for participating across various touchpoints, including on-chain activities like building posemesh domains, 1st-party actions like using their Pinger Telegram app, and engaging on social media channels like Twitter and Discord. The team says, "Prior to Kazm, we tried Zealy, which was totally full of bots and could not support the custom integrations we wanted to do."

To advance their objectives, Auki needed to:

Auki needed a comprehensive solution capable of easily connecting all these critical touchpoints, ensuring an engaging and rewarding experience for their members.

Driving Cross-platform Engagement

To drive engagement and activity across multiple platforms, Auki required a platform that could seamlessly integrate with the variety of touchpoints essential for achieving their community engagement goals. Kazm stood out as the ideal solution, offering the flexibility and integration capabilities they were looking for. The Auki team worked with Kazm to craft a comprehensive engagement program centered around advanced quests and custom integrations, including interactions with the Posemesh Pinger app and domain setups. A variety of actions were implemented across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Drip, and posemesh, making it easy for users to engage in multiple ways while keeping the process streamlined and unified.

Quests. Auki created quests to engage their community across various channels:

Rewards and Recognition. Auki Labs offered a range of rewards through Kazm’s platform to incentivize members, such as:

Kazm simplified the process of identifying, incentivizing, and rewarding the most valuable members.

A Unified Member Journey

By leveraging Kazm’s white-label solution, Auki was able to maintain consistent branding while guiding members through a unified journey across fragmented touchpoints. They introduced a tiered system to structure member progression, with five levels ranging from Posemesher to Mesh Master.

Auki also awarded badges such as Ambassador and Aukitect (infrastructure provider) to reward members for specific actions, milestones, and consistent participation outside of the tier structure. As the team highlights, “The UI was great and guided us through creating the different tiers, quests, and rewards, and the documentation gave us everything we needed to set up the custom integrations too.”

Impacts and Results

Auki used Kazm to achieve a level of functionality and flexibility that wasn't possible on other platforms. Kazm allowed Auki to manage cross-platform activations easily, including custom integrations like the Pinger app and posemesh domains, all while effectively preventing  bots from participating. Kazm served as a centralized hub for collecting points, distributing rewards, and fostering engagement across social media, app interactions, and domain setups.

Through engaging quests and referral activities, members became active promoters of Auki, leading to increased activity and higher quality engagement across all platforms. Users were more invested in the project's success and more likely to contribute valuable feedback and content. “Our users seemed to really like Kazm overall. It was great to be able to provide them with one platform for collecting all their points from the various activities we had going on, and then submitting their wallet for rewards and whitelisting at the end of it,” says the Auki team.

Using Kazm’s member management tools, Auki unified user data across various touchpoints and gained valuable insights into their community. They also expressed their appreciation for Kazm’s support team, highlighting their quick responsiveness and willingness to assist with any technical issues. “The Kazm support team was incredibly helpful in resolving any bugs or other issues we ran into” the team shares.

Next Steps

Looking ahead, Auki and Kazm are poised to continue their collaboration on future engagement initiatives, "Kazm has been an excellent tool for motivating our users to actively engage with our ecosystem,” the team notes. Post-launch, Auki will continue to explore innovative ways to encourage meaningful participation within their growing ecosystem.
